  • Integrate systems with organizational processes (e.g., budgeting, reporting, change control).

Facilitate Change and Build Capability

  • Conduct training, workshops, or coaching to build internal process excellence capabilities.
  • Act as a liaison between business, operations, and IT teams.
  • Help organizations shift toward a process-driven culture.
